Felistus Nashipae: is the founder and Director of Ripejoy inclusive technologies ,bringing strong experience in digital entrepreneurship training,women and youth empowerment and community innovation initiatives.She is a Certified Trainer under the Women in Digital Business (WIDB)) Program,where she has trained and mentored women entrepreneurs in digital literacy,digital business and entrepreneurship skills to enable them participate effectively in the digital economy.
Felistus has also led and supervised community empowerment and resilience projects,coordinating training programs,managing outreach teams and guiding grassroots initiative that strengthen inclusive economic participation.With a background in program leadership,project supervision and community engagement,she combines practical development experience with digital innovation to design impactful training and incubation programs.
Through Ripejoy Inclusive Technologies,she is committed to bridging the digital divide and transforming ideas into sustainable digital opportunities for women ,youth and undeserved communities.
